Ixias - Stellar Complex 1.1

Ixias - Stellar Complex 1.1 patch is finally released!

This patch addresses many of the issues found in the 1.0 version, some of them being game-breaking and some of them being balance issues. And the patch also makes some general changes.

Considering the patch took almost 2 years to see the light of day, it is highly likely that this is the last update to the current form of Ixias - Stellar Complex. I, the creator of the game, have been doing other things for a long time now and it's time to let this game have its well deserved rest. I am not done with Ixias as a setting, but I am done with this particular game.
